|'m 'Dublin' over with excitement!

WELCOME TO IRELAND!

Hello! I am here in Dublin, Ireland. I haven't adjusted the the time difference just yet. I was really thrown off yesterday because it was much later here in Ireland than I expected it to be. We got here around 9pm Friday, but I had been traveling since 12pm Thursday. Do the math, it's not as much time as it seems. (:

Last night I just crashed in my room at Trinity College. I am in a double room in the dorms here. Even though I have a roommate we have separate rooms and a living room plus kitchen! Of course we are only using the rooms. I have realized that I have WAY TOO MUCH STUFF! I need to mail a lot back immediately. Plus I found out that even with an energy transformer I can't use my hair appliances. Good thing I found this out before I used my straightener... I would cried if it broke. ): Kind of lame, I know.

Today we had an all day excursion to this awesome national park. I can't remember what it was called, something like Glenbourough or something. I was nice and relaxing since we could just roam the park which had lakes and waterfalls. And tons of tourists!!! I felt like our group were the only English speakers there!
At the lower lake beach.
The lower lake! It was in a vally between two hills.
My feet!

I had to force myself to stay awake on the coach ride home so I could take some pics of the beautiful countryside. I woke up on the bus with drool on my shoulder and this beautiful scene outside the window!
Countryside!

Speaking of English, I haven't gotten a chance to really hang out around any of the Irish nationals meaning I haven't gotten to enduldge in their beautiful accents! Tonight we have off so I plan on maybe getting some Irish coffee and listening to some live music at a restaurant.

I had more pics to post but it is taking forever to upload. Oh well. Leave comments!

Hi Stephanie!
Who is that strange little creature you posted? I like him. Is he Irish?
I hope you are still having fun!
